No Fault Insurance

Liability:

Property Damage:

Collision:
If the policy holder's car should be damaged, and it is his or her fault, collision coverage will pay for it. A car that is totaled will have the full value paid out, but sometimes this is not enough to pay for the financing, if the car is still being paid for. Like comprehensive coverage, this is also a requirement for those still making car payments.
Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist:
Sometimes a driver will cause an accident and not have the insurance to cover it. A policy holder with this option will cover whatever the uninsured or underinsured driver cannot pay.
